Police investigating a series of frauds have released an image of a man they would like to locate.
Herito Marquez, 39, is believed to be involved in a number of fraud incidents in Leicester and the West Midlands.
The fraud relates to victims being approached in the street by individuals claiming that they have won the lottery but are unable to claim the winnings as they require a passport or another form of identification.
The victims are then asked for money in return for the winning lottery ticket. In some cases the victims are elderly or vulnerable and as much as £50,000 in cash and jewellery has been handed over to the suspects.
So far, 15 cases have been reported to the police and their enquiries have led them to identify Marquez.
If you know where he is or have seen him in the last few months, then the police would like to hear from you.
Anyone with any information is asked to call 101, quoting incident 349 of 29 March.
