A cyclist suffered serious injuries after a collision in Sharnford yesterday afternoon (Tuesday 5 June).
The collision occurred at 4pm at the junction of Bumble Bee Lane and the B4114 and involved a pedal cyclist and a grey Vauxhall Astra.
The cyclist sustained serious injuries and was taken to University Hospitals of Coventry and Warwickshire, where he remains in a critical condition.
No one else was injured during the collision.
Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or saw either the cyclist or vehicle beforehand.
They would particularly like to speak to the occupants of a Range Rover which was driving along the B4114 towards the A5 just before the collision took place.
