Two people charged following death in Leicester Forest East

A man and a woman have been charged after the body of a woman was found in a property in Leicester Forest East.

William Gary Jelly (47) from Thorpe Astley, and Natalie Bollen (28) from Leicester Forest East have been charged with manslaughter. They are both due to appear before Leicester Magistrates’ Court on Friday 9th September.

Kelly Machin, 34, of Waldwick Close, Leicester Forest East was found in her property by the ambulance service around 4.15pm on Monday 5th September.

A post mortem examination was carried out which revealed that Kelly had died as a result of significant internal blood loss.


Two other women, aged 45 and 31, have been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
