Leicester’s biggest bonfire and fireworks display will take place in Abbey Park on Saturday 3rd November.
Watch the skies light up at this annual family event, with a programme of live entertainment, funfair and plenty of warming food stalls.
The lighting of the bonfire and main display is always a spectacular sight – with a quieter fireworks show perfect for the younger audience.
This year’s theme is Saturday Night Fever, and certainly promises to be a fantastic event that John Travolta himself would be proud of.
This year, the event will start at 5pm, with last entry to Abbey Park at 7.30pm. The stage show gets under way at 6pm, with a full programme of live music and entertainment.
At 6.45pm, a quieter fireworks display for young children will take place, followed by the lighting of the bonfire.
The evening’s entertainment will be rounded off at 8pm with the main fireworks display.
Adavance tickets cost £6 for adults, £4 for concessions and £16 for families (two adults and two children). Children under four get in free.
Advance tickets are available from Visit Leicester on Gallowtree Gate and De Montfort Hall box office.
Full price tickets will then be available on the gate costing £8 for adults, and £5.50 for concessions. No family tickets will be available at the gate.
Please remember, there will be no parking on the night at Abbey Park, Abbey Park Road, St Margaret’s pastures or the surrounding areas, so please plan your travel arrangements in advance.
