Two teenagers have been arrested for attempted murder after a stabbing left a man in a life-threatening condition in Leicester.
The two men, aged 19 and 16, were arrested after a 19-year-old was stabbed in the abdomen.
The incident happened at about 8pm on Friday 10 July, on a footpath between The Newry and Southfields Drive, in the Saffron Lane area of the city.
The victim was taken to the Leicester Royal Infirmary where he is being treated for his injuries. His condition is described as critical.
Police have confirmed two men have been arrested in connection with the incident, however they continue to appeal to the public for information.
