A road has been closed in Leicestershire after a two-vehicle crash this morning.
One person was trapped inside a vehicle after the crash, which happened on Derby Road in Loughborough.
Three fire engines were called out to the scene, two from Loughborough and one from Castle Donington.
Firefighters have released the person from the vehicle and they have been taken to hospital for treatment.
The road closure caused heavy delays in the area, with buses also being diverted away from the collision site.
Emergency services have now cleared the debris from the crash and the two vehicles are being towed away.
Police have advised the road will be reopened shortly.
